Peter and Marina Neylon created Canterbury Properties in 1994. Born and raised in Christchurch, they saw a need for a boutique style family business amongst the clinical corporates.

Peter and Marina are qualified Associates of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Their experience in Christchurch Real Estate spans more than 20 years and over $100 million dollars in confirmed sales.

They are both active in the real estate community, with Peter serving on the Local Institute Committee since 1994, serving as District President 2000/2001 and is currently on the National Council.

Marina is a on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Network (Multiple Listing Service) and a practicing arbitrator and mediator. She also lectures and assesses new entrants to real estate for Unitec New Zealand.
